我公司采用奥地利EBNER公司引进的带钢连续光亮分级热处理生产流水线等设备，用该设备制造的木工带锯与原工艺生产的产品相比，具有表面光亮、平整、机械性能稳定。使用寿命提高30％，用该设备生产的木工带锯获上海市优质产品称号。

该设备可对最宽为300毫米，厚0.2～1.5毫米的钢带进行光亮热处理。生产高精度的热  处理带钢，可广泛用于机械、电子、皮革、纺织、烟草等行业。
