Shanghai Jin Fu Metal Products Factory was established in 3,1993, located in the vicinity of economic and technological development zone of the Luodian of Shanghai’s Baoshan District , covering an area of 10,000 square meters, The whole area of the building is 7,500 square meters. And the total assets is about 10 million yuan.
The main products in our factory are metal and plating process. Our factory has accumulated a good experience for metal and plating working. We can make many kinds of components of metal plating to meet all demands of users.

After a few years of development, Shanghai Jin Fu Metal Products Factory has already been with advanced development design, plating, metal cutting and modernized means of measuring and testing etc, constructed overall strict, scientific quality control system and management system.
There are 56 sets of plating ,welding, metal cutting and measuring equipments in our factory, The mainly equipments include the Japanese numeral punching machine (AMADA), Dutch 260T-bending machine, American numerical control laser photo electricity following cutting machines. Taiwan vertical and horizontal machining center with five surfaces,13 roller roll flat machine 160T puncher, three coordinate measuring apparatus etc. checkout equipment, and serial electric welding equipment etc.
Comprehensively improve working ability by using computer technical and make full use of CAD design to enable our factory ahead of the counterparts .
Began to cooperate with Japan Mitsubishi Co. in 1994, our factory contracted the project of 300,000 tons of plastic sheeting that included heat insulating sheets of the warm and ventilation pipelines. According to foreign drawing request, we design and working by our self . And fortunately the quality was approved by Japanese side. Two years later our factory got a "prestige on quality certificate" from Japan Mitsubishi Co. At the same time we still made metal fittings for some printing mechanical manufacturing companies of the domestic joint-venture .
these years, our factory has set up and upgraded the modern system of business management progressively, we have a whole set of quality certification systems and can produce and manage the operation system on the basis of ISO9001 quality authentication .Our factory will make efforts to transfer the edition of quality authentication to ISO2000 as soon as possible.
