座落在青浦工业园区西侧古石村，并于1998年7月24日正式投入使用的新青浦殡仪馆，总占地面积28487平方米，建筑面积5115平方米，绿化率达52.12%，馆内大中小厅共5个，高档火化炉4台，其中一台是华东首一的拣灰炉。是集丧事接待、尸体接送、保存、处理、殡殓追悼、遗体火化、骨灰寄存、丧葬用品销售和出租、丧宴代办等多功能为一体。目前已是全国同行业中具有知名度的一家国有殡葬事业单位。
自五十年代开展殡葬改革以来，我国的殡葬行业发生了巨大的变化。集中表现在丧葬活动的社会化，由个人、家庭行为逐步发展为

社会行为。殡葬作为一个特殊的服务性行业，要求务必为其提供最优秀、最完满的服务，及时解决丧家的困难，最大限度满足他们的需求。作为迈向新世纪发展的新型殡仪馆，我们绐终坚持以“丧户至上，服务第一”为宗旨，全面推出“一条龙”服务，使丧家可一次性办完丧葬手续；全面开展涉外殡葬业务，包括海外人士及港、澳、台同胞；根据不同层次丧家的服务需求，提供多层次的服务项目，受到社会各界人士的好评。并于1999年12月顺利通过国家验收，被国家民政部评定为“国家一级殡仪馆”。

Brief Introduction of The Funeral Parlor of Qingpu County

The Funeral Parlor of QingPu County is in the Gu shi village,the west to QingPu industriol area.Its total area is 28487m2,built-up area is 5115m2. The rate of making green is 52.12%. It was put into use on 24th,July, in 1998. There are 5 halls,4 high grade eremation stoves,one of which is the best in Easten China. The business manily includes receiping funeral arrangements,carrying remains, keeping and handling remains, mourning the dead,burning remains、 depositing funerary urn 、saling and renting articles for funeral and interment and so on.
　　Since the reform of funeral and interment in 1950s,great changes have taken place in our country's funeral and interment trades.In old days it was only personal behavier and family behavior.Now,it turns to a king of social behavier. As a special service trades, we must provide customer the best service,settle their difficult in time ,satisfy their need. As a new century Funeral Parlor, we should insist on the purpost that is "Customer is God, Service is First." We carry out the service of "One Dragon", so that the customer can go through formalities one time. At the some time, we also carryout the forgein business.We'll provide all kinds of service according to different needs. Our best service get lots of prais from people. We passed through the check and accept by the country in December, 1999.We was assessed as the First Class Funeral Parlor by civil department.
