On the afternoon of July 5, SIA organized a current affairs report meeting together with Shanghai Translation Society for Science and Technology. Professor Yan Anlin, Executive Vice President of Shanghai Taiwan Research Institute was invited to give a report on “The Current Situation in Taiwan and the Cross-Strait Relations”. His report was highly received by the members of the two associations. Over 100 members attended the meeting.
