On the afternoon of April 2, SIA invited Professor Victor Chang to give an academic report on “Interpretation and Translation at the United Nations and My thoughts on How to Be Better at Translation” . Professor Chang was an interpreter at the United Nations for a number of years and he is now a freelance interpreter for the UN. He is also a financial analyst and adjunct professor at New School University and Manhattanville College . Executive Vice President Sun Xiyuan presided and over 70 SIA members attended.
